Draft Summary of Skyaid    added 11/26/00

Many people needlessly die or are disabled 
   by sudden cardiac arrests, strokes, and heart attacks
There are many many ways to describe/display how Skyaid  can help.

The following are two 'notional' graphs 
   If the 'notion' works we will add numbers, improve colors, shading, labels (add images?), etc.
   as well as add a Heart Attack graph.

Supporting information to be added to the graphs include:
The first graph 
      - LifeWatch provides the only means to survive a SCA while alone
      - LifeWatch decreases the time to dispatch emergency medical aide
      - Skycar speeds AED to victims within the critical 5 minutes.
The second graph:
   - LifeWatch may wake a person who gets a stroke while asleep
   - LifeWatch may be able to confirm a stroke - greatly speeding up the emergency process
   - LifeWatch provides good communication when awake
   - Skyaid can persuade govt. authorities to allow EMS
          to diagnose stroke, thin the blood, cool the stroke patient,
          and pay the EMS to drive to a regional stroke center
   - Skycar quickly fly victims to a regional stroke center

These graphs do not show rate of occurrence, improvement in rural area coverage,  
cost per life saved or disability prevented, recover from falls, crimes, fires,  etc
