Skyaid Watch

Added a few Skyaid Watch specifications

Seiko appears to be reluctant to start a new watch.  I started contacting Casio this past week

Found out that the heart beat often speeds up or slows down before going into defibrillation, however it does this at other times as well.  Might provide a useful way to confirm a sudden cardiac attack however.  This was confirmed by several medical references during research Sept 19

Skyaid

Overview of Skyaid  - in the form of a press release   added 09/19/00

Am considering having the affluent subsidize Skycars in developing countries - such as India.
For something like $30 a month a person would get a Skyaid Watch to improve their chance of surviving a sudden cardiac arrest by 65X and improve the quality of life after a heart attack or stroke (see Spreadsheet ).  This would subsidize the Skycar for the rest of the population - which would not wear Skyaid Watches, but who would get substantial improvements in years of life and quality of life by free Skycar aid.  The affluent would not subsidize any resulting hospital care.

It appears that people typically pay 8% to 18% of their income for medical care - the big difference is that most people to not pool medical funds via taxes or medical insurance. Image1 and image2 are examples from 8 countries, taken from
World Health Organization 2000 report  Chapter 2= How Well do Health Systems Perform, pg 37

Skyaid cost to save 5 DALY is approximately $250,
which is similar to the costs of other international health improvements

DALY is  the Disability Adjusted Life Year         added 09/19/00

IRS  - Have filled out  IRS Form 1023, received Employer ID # 91-2073096, finishing off the paperwork to apply for IRS nonprofit status - list of founding sources.
