Assumptions

1) Non-productive time added to each type of trip (at start and end)
      3 min Auto
   15 min Skycar
    90 min Jet

2) No infrastructure limitations on using a vehicle for the trip
       e.g. Roads, Vertiports, or Airports are near to start and destination

3) No schedule restrictions
     e.g. not have to wait for a flight
